Introduction :
The rounding of a number for estimate the result of a problem. The rounding a number is must end with one or more ' 0'(zeros). The rounded operations of number are the nearest ten, hundred, thousand, million, etc. The rounded numbers are based on their size. It is avoids the inaccuracy of end of the answer.

Rules for solving Rounding a number online:
Following rules are used for solving rounding problems online:
If a number of right most digit is less than 5 then the last digit is neglected and the retained of the last digit is unchanged.
If a number of right most digit is greater than 5 then the last digit is neglected and the retained of the last digit is increased by one.
If a number of right most digit is equal to 5 than the last digit is neglected and the retained of the last digit is unchanged, if it is even or increase the last retained digit by one if it is odd.
Solving Example for Rounding online:
Estimate the result of expression ( 476 + 354 - 125 + 435 - 289 + 231) by rounding to the nearest ten and hundred.
Solution:
Step 1 : To round the each number by nearest ten.
476 is rounding to 480.
354 is rounding to 350.
125 is rounding to 120.
435 is rounding to 440.
289 is rounding to 290.
231 is rounding to 230.
Step 2: Estimation of rounding the expression:
480 + 350 - 120 + 440 - 290 + 230 = 1090
Step 3: To round the each number by nearest hundred.
476 is rounding to 500.
354 is rounding to 400.
125 is rounding to 100.
435 is rounding to 400.
289 is rounding to 300.
231 is rounding to 200.
Step 4: Estimation of rounding the expression:
500 + 400 - 100 + 400 - 300 + 200 = 1100
Step 5: To check with real(actual) values.
476 + 354 - 125 + 435 - 289 + 231 = 1082.
Therefore, Rounding to the nearest hundred did not produce as good of an estimate as rounding to the nearest ten.
